So I was in 3rd grade and I was a nerd, I will admit, but I was quiet. I never got into trouble. I had lots of friends that were popular but we never hung out.
So I have to get glasses and I had never had them before so I didn't really know what to expect. I finally get my glasses and I'm REALLY excited. My mom brings me to school and I'm really nervous now. What if they laugh at me? What if they don't like my glasses? So it's too late now. I'm already at school.
I go walk to the class room and it is locked so that means that it was time for P.E. I start walking outside and my nerves really get to me. When everyone sees me, they start waving. So then I was so happy. I thought for sure they would like my glasses. I was so happy, I started running to where they were. Then, all of a sudden, gravity took its place, I loose my feet and FALL.
When I get back up, MY forehead, GLASSES, nose, and chin are all bloody. Needless to say, I didn't hear the end of that until I left that school. Which wasn't long after that happened!
